Shipping.
I am afraid we currently only offer shipping within the UK.

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive although you will normally receive this sooner (we are a small independent business + don’t want to disappoint). All customers will receive an email confirming when their order has been dispatched.
*Christmas 2022 Shipping*
Due to numerous Royal Mail strikes the last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Monday 12th December.
Orders placed after Saturday 17th of December won’t be posted until Friday 31st December (we will be taking a little break to celebrate with friends + fam). Merry Christmas to you all!

Packaging
Items are packaged in recyclable materials wherever possible. We encourage you to recycle your unwanted packaging after receipt of your goods. If we have used any non-recyclable materials in your parcel this will always be second-hand packaging. Sometimes we may reuse old packaging with our aim to be as sustainable as possible, please don’t be put off if your items arrive in a re-used box. Every little helps!
Gift Wrapping
Is your purchase a gift for someone special?
We offer a gift-wrapping service for all of our items. Simply select the ‘gift wrapping’ option at checkout to add the extra charge to your order. This is a flat rate of £5. All items will be wrapped in simple brown kraft paper and topped with a sprig of dried foliage. Want to add a personal touch? Add a gift card of your choice to the basket and email use as soon as you’ve checked out with a personal message, we are happy to hand write these free of charge. Input the delivery address you wish the items to be shipped to and they will be sent directly to your loved one. If the item is a gift no signs of cost will be shown within the parcel and a receipt for the goods will be emailed to you directly.
DAMAGES
If you have received damaged or faulty items please get in contact as soon as possible to arrange a return. We kindly ask that you email us photographs of the damage.
We will do our utmost to resolve the situation for you and issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Returns.
Our Returns Policy
Return your items within 14 days to receive a full refund. Simply contact us for the returns address and reason for your return, we like to learn from our mistakes. Please note return postage is at the customer's cost.
Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund, refunds will exclude delivery fees and return delivery charges must be paid for and arranged by the customer. We will not be able to issue a refund if it has been more than 14 days since your purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange unwanted items with an alternative item, but you can always re-order online.
Items must be returned in the original state they were sent in, including being wrapped in the original packaging. If returned items are received damaged due to poor packaging from transit this may result in us not being able to refund you, therefore, please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Please also obtain proof of postage for your returned item and consider using a trackable postage service, particularly if the goods are of high value. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order. Upon receipt of returned goods refunds will be made within 10 days of their arrival back to Studio + Style Ltd.
If your refund is not showing in your bank please kindly check the following before contacting us –
Re-check your bank/payment account, contact you bank/ credit card company, remember to account for processing time, there may be a little wait for your refund to go through. If you have followed all of these steps and still do not have a resolution please contact us at hello@studioandstyle.co.uk

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. Transactions are taken in pounds sterling £ and online payment is in a secure environment provided by Worldpay. We also accept payment by Paypal.
